Shipping Policy
We currently ship orders within Egypt only.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.
Delivery time varies depending on the customer’s location and typically ranges between 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and will be clearly displayed before completing the purchase.
Customers have the right to open the package upon delivery for inspection before accepting the order.
If the customer refuses the order after inspection for reasons not related to damage or incorrect items, shipping fees may still apply.
Delivery Issues
Please ensure that the provided shipping address and contact details are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
In case of delivery delays due to courier-related issues, we will assist in following up with the shipping provider whenever possible.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please report it immediately to the courier and contact us with clear photos for review.
